Level 1 Systems - Food
A tiny food guide for when you’re tired of the overwhelming amount of diet options. A stable baseline that is healthy enough without trying to be optimal.
I was constantly researching food and trying to make sure I was doing everything perfectly, but the time I was spending trying to figure out my perfect diet was keeping me in decision paralysis. So, I ended up just stalling and eating junk. Ironically, chasing the optimal diet was making me eat like crap.
I decided to just stop overthinking it and clean up my diet in a basic way. In my way of thinking, I was at Level 0, but I was trying to go straight to Level 2. This guide is all about reaching Level 1 first. I wanted to share this to help some of you all out that might be in the same position as I was. Good Luck!
